Senior Financial Support Specialist
I will celebrate my 13th anniversary with the company this coming March. I started in CLO*2 support providing support and training services to our CLO*2 clients. Upon moving into ADERANT Expert support, I supported the Hub, Time, File Opening, and Records Management applications. I have since transitioned into supporting the Billing, Accounts Receivable, Trust, Task-based Management and DocuDraft applications.
Margaret Cullen
Project Manager/Consultant
I am responsible for new ADERANT Expert implementations, GL mapping, and business process consulting. I’ve been at ADERANT for six years and have a total of 30 years of professional experience working and consulting in the legal industry. I’ve been an office administrator, controller and firm administrator at four different law firms (on four different financial packages).

I have been involved with practice management systems and the professional services industry for more than 20 years. I’ve worked in a variety of roles within ADERANT since joining the company shortly after the release of CMS.Net in the mid 1990’s.
Tim Garner
Sr. Technical Consultant
I originally joined ADERANT in October 1993 as IT Director for ADERANT. After a 3-year hiatus I rejoined ADERANT in August 2001 as a Senior Technical Consultant. My practical knowledge of hardware, network, and database technologies combined with over 5 years of in-depth experience with the ADERANT Expert suite of products enables me to help our clients with scalability and performance tuning for Expert product environments. My specialties include database tuning/performance expertise, network configuration and hardware installation, SQL Server technician expertise, project management for the Scalability Project, and Expert product installations and upgrades.
Bryan Gibson
Product Manager
I’ve been at ADERANT for 8 years and focus on browser applications, inquiries, and the new Expert ClearView product.
Kathleen Grant
Business Analyst
I’ve been at ADERANT for more than 14 years and have held several positions including Quality Assurance Tester, Reports Administrator, Development Manager, and Product Manager. My areas of expertise are concentrated in the ADERANT Expert financial applications.
Patti Ham
Senior Customer Applications Support Specialist
I have been with ADERANT since February 1993 (a mere 17 years. I started when I was a baby!). My expertise is in General Ledger applications and data analysis. In the past, I have held several positions including Professional Services Consultant, Project Manager, and Development Tester.

I’m responsible for training Financial Apps and Technical Apps and have been with the company for more than 10 years.
Emmanuel Kyrinis
Senior Director, Product Management
My team is responsible for the overall product direction of the ADERANT Expert practice and financial management solution. I was one of the original developers on the PCDocs and CMS Open products. Previous experience includes working in the legal field designing and developing practice specific management systems including corporate files, trust and estates, and real estate, and I worked on the design and development of document assembly and document automation systems.
Dave Maher
Senior Product Manager
My responsibilities include Business Intelligence, Conflicts, and Keystone. I’ve spent 23 years in IT with the last 18 involved in legal software in a variety of roles: QA Manager, Support Manager, Business Consultant, and Product Management. I’ve been with ADERANT for 9 years.
Ryan Moffitt
Senior Technical Advisor
I’ve been with ADERANT since November 1998 and was previously the System Administrator for a law firm in Kansas City, Missouri. I work in a multi-departmental role with Professional Services, Support, and Development to foster internal technical training and innovation as well as consulting and support roles. Before that I was a Senior Technical Support Specialist for 9 years at ADERANT. I have worked with CMS/ADERANT Expert since version 1.21 and am Microsoft Certified on SQL versions 7.0, 2000, and 2005.

Senior Consultant in the Professional Services Group – Custom Development
I’m responsible for developing custom solutions using tools such as DocuDraft, Report Writer, View Editor, and End User painter. I have been with ADERANT for 19.5 years.

I deliver training for ADERANT’s customization tools and financial applications. I’ve been with the company for nearly 9 years.
Dave Panepento
Javelan Software Development Manager
I am responsible for design, development, QA, and distribution of Javelan software. I’ve been with ADERANT and some of its predecessors for 30 years (soon to be certifiably insane).
Kathryn (Kate) Pizzi
Regional Software Consultant
My primary focus is to proactively engage a regional client base and meet regularly to review software utilization, processes, and business strategies. My goal is to help our clients be as efficient as possible by identifying gaps and offering solutions. In addition, I present various online web training courses in my areas of expertise, which include: Matter Intake, Conflicts, Records Management, Docketing, DocuDraft, Alerts, Tools, and Workflow. I’ve spent 12.5 glorious years at ADERANT.

Professional Services Consultant
I’m responsible for application and report customization for new implementations and existing firms. I specialize in Ebilling development, electronic payment management, and custom report design and development. I’ve been with ADERANT for 21 years.

I’ve been with ADERANT for 11 years and am responsible for Billing, Accounts Receivable, Trust, TBB, and Collections customer support.
